Large-Scale Infrastructure Development Expert

Ey Parthenon is seeking a highly skilled expert to advise clients on large-scale infrastructure projects.

This role involves working closely with clients throughout the project lifecycle, from analysis and evaluation to procurement, financial closure, construction, and operations.

  • The successful candidate will have extensive experience in project finance and infrastructure development, including structuring, funding, and closing of financing for infrastructure projects.
  • They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong management capabilities, and a genuine passion for effecting change in a dynamic organization.
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop commercial capabilities working with global networks and fast-moving, emerging clients.
  • Assist clients in developing and implementing strategies to advance large-scale infrastructure and other projects.
  • Advise on feasibility, structuring, funding, and closing of financing for infrastructure projects and/or procurements, including contract negotiation and project management.
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of capital project/program funding, financing, and delivery mechanisms at local, state, and national levels; provide project and program management assistance to clients and project teams on large projects.
  • Prioritize focus areas include Renewables, Water, Rail & Road, Logistics, Urban Infrastructure, Sports & Events.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Good knowledge of public-private partnerships (PPP), concessions, and acquisition and project financing structures.
  • Experience with value frameworks, innovation programs, portfolio asset management, and agile strategies is advantageous.
  • A professional qualification (MBA and/or CFA) preferred; engineering qualification is an advantage.
  • Directly relevant work experience on large-scale infrastructure projects (approximately 6–8 years for Managers).
  • Experience in a top-tier advisory firm, infrastructure service provider, developer, bank, government agency, or other relevant sector.
  • Proven quantitative analytical capabilities and financial modelling experience (preferred).
