Job Title: Fabric Quality Assurance Specialist

As a key member of our production team, the Fabric Quality Assurance Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring that all knitted garments meet our highest quality standards.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a keen eye for detail to oversee the implementation and adherence to our quality control processes throughout the production cycle.

  1. Develop and maintain quality control procedures to guarantee the highest quality standards in our production process.
  2. Conduct regular inspections and tests to identify any defects or irregularities, taking corrective action as necessary to prevent future errors.
  3. Collaborate closely with production teams to address quality issues, provide training, and implement improvements to enhance overall quality.
  4. Accurately document and report quality control findings, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Control Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control within the textile industry, preferably in a similar role.
  • Attention to Detail and Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and rectify quality issues efficiently.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.
