Job Title: Sales and Marketing Professional

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales and Marketing professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT or business administration, with excellent sales and marketing skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, conducting research on IT companies and competitors, and developing effective sales strategies to meet organizational sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers via telephone and email to promote products and services.
  • Provide product education and training to improve customer understanding of our offerings and explain pricing and answer questions from customers.
  • Follow up with customers via phone or email following initial sales contact to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
  • Meet or exceed organizational monthly sales targets through consistent effort and innovative sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • At least one year of experience in Telesales in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service and telesales skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in web-based applications, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office suite, and popular CRM tools.
  • Excellent English speaking skills.
  • Good professional attitude and excellent temperament, with the ability to work during night shifts.
