Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely delivery and meeting milestones. This involves collaborating with clients to identify business challenges and developing effective solutions.
  2. Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement, and design and recommend changes using process improvement methodologies.
  3. Oversee project coordination, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress. Prepare reports for stakeholders on project status.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Design detailed project plans and timelines for assigned projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting milestones.
  2. Lead teams, delegate tasks, establish deadlines, and follow up on assignments. Conduct performance assessments for team members.
  3. Ensure the completion of all relevant project life cycle stages using appropriate methodologies.
  4. Coordinate IT projects from planning through implementation, including scope definition, timeline development, and resource allocation.
  5. Develop and maintain accurate project documentation.
  6. Manage scope, deadlines, and deliverables; assign responsibilities, and monitor project progress.
  7. Conduct regular project status reviews via meetings with the project team and stakeholders.
  8. Collaborate with executive-level management for overall strategy and line-level management for tactical decisions.
  9. Participate in departmental meetings and task forces to anticipate and address business needs.
  10. Act as a liaison between IT groups, focusing on process improvement, new technology needs, and initiatives.
  11. Gather data from stakeholders to review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs.
  12. Identify and recommend process changes and automated solutions to business problems.
