Job Description: Assistant Material Inventory Controller

About the Role:
This position is responsible for assisting the Inventory Controller in local material planning, including preparing dispatch delivery schedules, maintaining optimal stock levels, and issuing raw materials to vendors.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing dispatch delivery schedules to vendors and ensure timely receipt
• Collaborate with teams to stagger receipt with delivery schedule and meet demand
• Develop and implement strategies to maintain minimum / maximum stock levels
• Analyze sales data to monitor fast and slow-moving items
• Implement just-in-time procurement by triggering reordering before reaching the reorder point
• Coordinate with stores to issue raw materials to vendors based on delivery schedule

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Familiarity with SAP-MM Module preferred
