We are currently seeking a proactive, detail-oriented MNR & Inventory Controller to join our team and contribute to our continued growth and operational excellence.

As an Inventory Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating container inventory for our operations. You will be responsible for tracking, monitoring, and reporting container movements, ensuring optimal container utilization, and maintaining accurate records. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with shipping lines, agents, and internal teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update accurate container inventory records for inbound/outbound movements.
  • Coordinate with shipping lines, depots, and transporters to manage container availability and allocation.
  • Maintain, submit, and cancel customs guarantee filings as per regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor container turn-around time.
  • Generate timely inventory reports and share updates with management and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with NVOCC policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with internal departments (operations, documentation, and finance) for seamless coordination.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies related to container inventory.
  • Assist in streamlining inventory management processes and suggest improvements.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with all vendors and shipping lines.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics.
  • 2+ years of experience in inventory coordination, container management, or NVOCC operations.
  • Strong knowledge of shipping line practices, container movements, and logistics documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and inventory management software.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
