Look no further As a Business Systems Architect Lead at HR WAYS, you will be responsible for leading business analysis and process improvement initiatives, collaborating with business stakeholders, and developing solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements, objectives, and processes.
  2. Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather relevant information.
  3. Analyze complex business processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  4. Create clear and concise documentation of business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases.
  5. Work closely with the development team to design solutions that meet business needs.
  6. Provide insights and recommendations for system enhancements and improvements.
  7. Build strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand their objectives and challenges.
  8. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
  9. Lead and participate in project planning, ensuring that business requirements are accurately represented in project plans and timelines.
  10. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and recommend mitigating strategies.
  11. Collaborate with testing teams to ensure that solutions meet the defined requirements.
  12. Participate in user acceptance testing and facilitate resolution of issues.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
  2. Proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex and dynamic environments.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Knowledge about different business modeling diagrams.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Proficiency in using business analysis tools and methodologies.

We offer onsite work from Monday to Friday (8:30AM to 5:00PM) with one half-day on Saturday per month.
