Job Title: Lead Digital Designer
Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Lead Digital Designer to spearhead our design team and shape the future of our digital products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing creative leadership and oversight of the end-to-end design process, ensuring high-quality and user-friendly designs that meet our clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a cohesive and inspiring design vision across projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and user needs.
  • Oversight of the design process, from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Mentor and guide a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture that drives creativity and excellence.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Lead Digital Designer or Senior UI/UX Designer in a reputable agency or in-house design team, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc., with excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to articulate and present design concepts to both internal teams and clients, with a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
