Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer - UI UX Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing visual content across various platforms, including digital, print and multimedia to support our branding, marketing and product communication efforts. This role demands a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and a thorough understanding of both the technical and creative aspects of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and create visually appealing graphics, layouts, and other design elements for digital and print media (including websites, social media, brochures, advertisements, and product packaging).
  2. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
  3. Maintain brand consistency across all visual content in line with the company's identity and guidelines.
  4. Develop infographics, icons and illustrations to enhance digital and print presentations.
  5. Prepare final designs for both print production and digital publishing ensuring all files are correctly formatted and optimized.
  6. Stay up-to-date with design trends, software advancements and industry best practices.
  7. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
  8. Review and proof design work to ensure high-quality output, including clarity, detail and accuracy.
  9. Test graphics across various media and have a strong grip on presentations or mockups.
  10. Amend designs after feedback based on requirements.
  11. Strong grip to design logos, business cards, flyers, brochures and social media posts.
  12. Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
  13. Think like a leader and produce quality content according to the need of the audience.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  2. 2-5 years of experience in a professional design role.
  3. A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital and print design.
  4. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD, etc.).
  5. Experience with motion graphics or video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
  6. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
  7. Knowledge of UI/UX design and familiarity with wireframing/prototyping tools is desirable.

  4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
