Quality Assurance Role for Enterprise Software Development

We require an experienced Software Quality Assurance Engineer to work with our software development team to ensure the high-quality delivery of our products.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the software quality of enterprise-level digital assets with a zero-bug production environment.

This role involves close collaboration with our development team to create detailed test plans and test cases, and develop and apply testing processes for new and existing digital assets.

Key Skills
  1. Maintaining software quality of enterprise-level digital assets with a zero-bug production environment.
  2. Maintaining and enhancing system technical documentation and user guides.
  3. Creating detailed, comprehensive, well-structured test plans and test cases.
  4. Developing and applying testing processes for new and existing digital assets to meet international quality standards.
  5. Strong background in developing Quality Assurance processes and metrics.
  6. Strong understanding of Software Quality Assurance methodologies, tools, and approaches including:
    1. Regression testing
    2. Load & Stress Testing
    3. Pre and Post-Production Deployment Testing
    4. Integration Testing
    5. Non-Functional Testing
    6. Automation Tools
    7. Security Testing & Audits
  7. Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.
  8. Strong background in system design, architecture, and requirement analysis.
  9. Strong background in User Interface, User Experience, and Prototyping.
  10. In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and testing in Sprints.
  11. Take initiative to learn new things and grow with the team.
  12. Capable of delivering on multiple competing priorities with little supervision.
  13. Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  14. Highly professional verbal and written English skills.
