Quality Assurance Expert
Main Objectives:
- Participate in application planning sessions.
- Ensure data integrity standards are met.
- Perform reviews, walkthroughs, or inspections to guarantee quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop quality assurance plans by conducting risk assessments; identifying critical control points and preventive measures; establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures; monitoring inventories.
- Write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure effective testing.
- Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing, as well as automated testing tools.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development processes is a plus.
- Conduct performance and/or security audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, recalls, corrective actions, and re-validations.
- Validate quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes; measuring production; documenting evidence; determining operational and performance qualification; writing and updating quality assurance procedures.
- Write/review requirements specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
- A solid knowledge of SQL and scripting is highly desirable.
