Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, following up on leads, and generating sales by engaging with clients and explaining product features.

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls and follow up on leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services to meet their requirements.
  • Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on our offerings to provide excellent customer service.
  • Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree with specialization in any field and minimum 60% marks in Matric and Intermediate.
