Job Overview

This is a senior fundraising position focused on securing grants and partnerships to support organizational objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop Fundraising Strategies

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective fundraising strategies, including researching funding opportunities, building relationships with major donors, and creating grant proposals.

Manage Fundraising Operations

This role will involve managing the day-to-day activities of the fundraising team, including coordinating events, tracking donations, and maintaining relationships with existing donors.

Secure Grants and Partnerships

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of securing grants and partnerships to support organizational objectives, including identifying new funding sources, developing proposal content, and presenting to potential funders.

Collaborate with Stakeholders

This role requires strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with internal stakeholders, including program managers, communications teams, and senior leadership.

Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, business administration, or international relations.
  • A minimum of 4-6 years' experience in a fundraising role, with a proven track record of securing grants and partnerships.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to develop compelling proposal content and present to potential funders.
  • Excellent networking skills, with the ability to build relationships with major donors, companies, and institutions.
  • Ability to travel and work evenings and weekends when required.
