Job Description

Create precise 3D models and develop plans, sections, elevations, and details from a 3D BIM model and Revit. Take ownership of the modeling, drawings, and documentation production process.

  • Develop plans, sections, elevations, and details from a 3D BIM model and Revit.
  • Take ownership of the modeling, drawings, and documentation production process.
  • Understand and implement industry-wide BIM standards.
  • Develop details and drawings from conceptual ideas and engineer's sketches.
  • Annotate and dimension details on drawings as per company standards.
  • Review model and drawings to ensure compliance with design.
  • Highlight potential problems and look for a solution.
  • Interact with engineers, architects, and clients to coordinate BIM modeling and drawings.
Required Skills and Qualifications

BS or certification in a related discipline (civil engineering, architecture, BIM, etc.) is required. 3-4 years' proven experience in Revit modeling is necessary. Good English language communication skills and a collaborative approach are also essential. Good knowledge of AutoCAD is a bonus.
