IT Marketing and Support Specialist

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled professional to manage our digital marketing efforts and provide technical support.

The ideal candidate will have experience in WordPress website management, SEO, SMM, and graphic designing. They should also be proficient in Google Analytics and have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract new customers.
  • Maintain digital media archives including photos and videos.
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns to attract new customers.
  • Liaise with the internal team to create engaging content.
  • Identify new demographics or regions for targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct regular performance reports using Google Analytics.
  • Enhance internet search rankings through SEO techniques.
  • Lead keyword research and optimization of content.
  • Ensure all communications align with brand standards.
  • Manage production of marketing communications and promotional materials.
  • Monitor key performance indicators to track campaign success.
  • Report results to management teams.
  • Update and maintain the WordPress website regularly.
  • Diagnose and resolve ongoing IT problems.
  • Provide basic computer support to employees.
  • Perform routine maintenance and configure IT solutions.
  • Install IT hardware and software.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Designing, or related field.
  • Proven WordPress website management experience.
  • Excellent designing and marketing skills demonstrated in a portfolio.
  • Proven SEO and SMM experience.
  • 1-2 years prior experience in digital marketing.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics.
  • Good organization, planning, and creativity.
  • Implement best marketing practices on social media platforms.
  • Strong communicator who works well independently and with a team.
  • Superior time management skills.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and WordPress.
