We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to fill the role of Business Development Manager. This individual will be responsible for promoting our product, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.
- Promote the Company's Existing Product (eSchool Management System) to the market.
- Handle walk-in clients and arrange visits with prospective clients.
- Negotiate all contracts with prospective clients.
- Identify client needs, clarify information, and convince clients.
- Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way.
- Gather, investigate, and summarize market data and trends to draft reports.
- Implement new sales plans and advertising.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Maintain relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
The ideal candidate should possess at least 3 years of experience in Marketing & Sales. Additionally, having experience in selling IT Software Products will be advantageous.
- At least 3 years of experience in Marketing & Sales.
- Experience in the sale of IT Software Products will be a BIG PLUS.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
- Excellent phone and verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
- Ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
- Must have his/her own conveyance (Fuel Allowance will be given separately).
