Job Title: Digital Marketing Director

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Director to oversee the development and execution of our European brand's digital marketing strategy. This role requires strong English language skills, with at least 5 years of experience in digital marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute a multi-channel B2C marketing and communications strategy, focusing on digital growth.
  2. Create and implement digital marketing strategies, including social media campaigns.
  3. Analyze metrics and provide actionable insights to drive data-driven decision making.
  4. Implement A/B and MVT testing to optimize campaign performance.
  5. Deliver timely reports to senior management on sales, revenue, and key trends.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of our brand values and effectively communicate them through various channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Prior experience working with brands, handling ROI and conversion management, and utilizing SEO, PPC, Google AdWords, and other digital marketing tools is highly desirable.
