Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our complaint resolution process.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory frameworks and be able to manage consumer complaints effectively.

This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Complaint Review and Evaluation: The successful candidate will review and evaluate responses to consumer complaints, ensuring compliance with standard rules and regulations.
  • PUG Complaints: They will also evaluate Passing Unregistered Gas (PUG) complaints and take necessary actions to resolve them as per standard rules and regulations.
  • Gas Theft Claims: Overseeing cases of gas theft claims and obtaining relevant documents to ensure compliance with OGRA's approved procedures is another key responsibility.
  • Response Preparation: The candidate will prepare responses for OGRA and support documentation of responses to queries and complaints.
  • Process Improvement: Implementing measures to improve the structure for complaints resolution and management is essential.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Assessing regulatory and statutory obligations are met, including accurate and timely processing within the framework of the regulations for review by senior management.
