Key Responsibilities
  • We are looking for a highly organized individual to lead daily operations related to GEMS, focusing on setup, maintenance, and updates on internal client accounts.
  • A keen eye for detail is essential to ensure requests are authorized and clearly understood before actioning.
  • You will collaborate with the legal team to understand entity structures and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance at all times.
  • This role requires exceptional communication skills to act as a primary contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration.
  • As a trusted advisor, you will provide expertise on client hierarchies, ownership structures, and regulatory obligations, guiding teams towards informed decision-making.
  • In addition to audit requirements, you will support timely and accurate data retrieval and documentation, promoting transparency and accountability.
  • Developing and maintaining standard operating procedures and control frameworks will be a critical aspect of this role, driving efficiency and consistency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A university graduate with 3+ years of experience in financial services or related industries is required.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, combined with strong communication skills, is essential for success in this role.
  • Expertise in GEMS, internal party operations, and testing is necessary to hit the ground running.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel and PowerPoint, along with strong analytical skills and attention to detail, will enable you to deliver high-quality results.
