Hotel Management Leadership Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and financial performance. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a passion for hospitality, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in hotel management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Direct daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and sales.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage department heads and their teams to ensure high performance, morale, and guest service standards.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure exceptional guest service across all departments, handling high-level guest concerns and feedback with professionalism.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, control operational costs, analyze financial reports, and drive profitability.
  • Sales & Marketing: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional strategies and increase occupancy and revenue.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure all operations comply with health, safety, legal, and licensing requirements.
  • Strategic Planning: Set long-term goals, monitor KPIs, and implement initiatives for continuous improvement and growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree: Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • Experience: 5+ years of hotel management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role
  • Knowledge: Hotel software systems (e.g., PMS, POS)
  • Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Aptitude: Financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and drive revenue
  • Culture Building: Proven ability to manage diverse teams and build a customer-focused culture
