Health Systems Analyst

The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and analytical and operational support to a 4-year funded project by Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. The position requires strong analytical skills and research capacity, with the ability to effectively synthesize and visualize findings.
The Program Coordinator will work closely with the Government of Sindh on Health Financing/Strategic Purchasing, UHC implementation, community health worker expansion, private sector mainstreaming, and other related tasks.
The role involves preparing data for qualitative and quantitative data analysis, conducting systematic literature reviews, developing concept notes and reports, and supporting communications efforts.
The successful candidate will have a BA/BSc degree and 3+ years of experience in a management consulting firm, bilateral or multilateral development agency, and/or international non-governmental organization. They will also have advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, as well as proficiency in statistical analysis packages (e.g., STATA).
The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, skilled at visual display of data, and able to communicate effectively with external partners, donors, and stakeholders. They will also have excellent fluency in English and Urdu, and additional languages are a plus.
