Job Title: Management Information System (MIS) AnalystDescription:

The role of the MIS Analyst is to oversee the management of all aspects of the Management Information System relating to sales functions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate, informative, and accessible data analysis to management on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

This position requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and effective communication abilities to facilitate the delivery of IT projects related to sales in close coordination with the IT department or vendors.

A key responsibility of this role is designing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that are relevant to measuring sales effectively.

The MIS Analyst will also control Master Data Management to create synergies across the Sales Organization, manage the centralization of master data for all distributors across Pakistan, and control master data to facilitate the management of KPIs.

An essential aspect of this position is ensuring system integrity, particularly for product and customer data, to minimize discrepancies.

The ideal candidate will develop a system to centralize master data for effective use, manage resources to help the sales team achieve its objectives, and liaise with third-party providers of secondary sales data.

In addition, they will develop and review policies/SOPs to support the sales function, identify gaps in the current system, and come up with an appropriate action plan.

They will conduct training sessions to roll out policies/SOPs for relevant stakeholders and establish a Sales MIS foundation to develop information-based decision-making culture across the business for all categories.

The MIS Analyst will ensure that the system is utilized to its full potential and partner cross-functionally to develop reports and KPIs that provide timely business insights.

Responsibilities include approving and overseeing all reports required from the MIS department, developing and implementing standardized MIS procedures across all business applications, analyzing, reporting on, and making recommendations for improving business reports within the organization, and managing MIS staffing, including recruitment, supervision, development, evaluation, and disciplinary actions.

Requirements:
  • Education: Graduate degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 4-6 years of relevant experience preferred.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical, business orientation, business communication, conflict resolution, interpersonal, financial planning & forecasting, negotiation, problem-solving, and product knowledge skills.
