We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Marketing Executive to drive business growth through innovative marketing strategies and exceptional leadership.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with expertise in branding, digital marketing, and campaign management, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement result-driven marketing strategies to meet business objectives, leveraging digital channels and data-driven insights.
  2. Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, SEO, PPC, and email marketing channels, ensuring maximum ROI.
  3. Collaborate with sales teams to generate quality leads and improve conversions through targeted marketing efforts.
  4. Conduct market research to analyze industry trends and customer behavior, informing marketing strategies and product development.
  5. Oversee content creation for advertisements, social media, and promotional materials that resonate with target audiences, driving brand awareness and engagement.
  6. Plan and execute events, partnerships, and PR campaigns to boost brand visibility and reputation, leveraging media relations and influencer partnerships.
  7. Track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies accordingly to achieve optimal results and maximize ROI.
  8. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, vendors, and marketing agencies, to ensure seamless collaboration and execution.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a senior role or as a team leader.
  2. Strong expertise in digital marketing, branding, and campaign management, with a focus on innovation and creativity.
  3. Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams and stakeholders.
  4. Experience in lead generation and performance marketing, with a proven track record of success and ROI.
  5. Proficiency in marketing tools, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM, and other relevant software.
