**Product Development Leadership**

We are looking for a skilled Product Manager to drive the development of our product, leading cross-functional teams and ensuring successful product launches.

Main Accountabilities
  • Establishing product visions, defining product strategies, and developing product roadmaps.
  • Working closely with designers, engineers, and QA teams to design, develop, and test products.
  • Identifying customer needs, analyzing market trends, and conducting competitor research to inform product decisions.
  • Managing product backlogs, prioritizing features, and allocating resources to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and executive leadership.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in e-commerce or consumer-facing industries.
  • Strong understanding of product development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and Scrum frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with online analytics tools, A/B testing, and user experience (UX) design principles.
