Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive at Ecommerce Inside in Karachi. The responsibilities include new business development, lead generation, communication, account management, and creating business opportunities to drive growth.

Job Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Responsible for generating business from the online bidding portal Upwork for web design, web development, and graphic design projects.
  • Required skills for handling international clients.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Bidding on graphic design and web development projects.
  • Knowledge of the IT industry, website design, UI/UX, graphic designing, and development tools and technologies.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in lead generation on Upwork that results in new projects/sales.
  • Experience interacting with clients from the US is preferable.
  • Performance and KPIs will be measured based on achieving monthly sales targets.
  • Graduated from a reputed university.

Job Function: Upwork Bidder

Shift: Night Shift

Days: Monday to Friday

Timings: 09:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Experience: 01 - 03 years
