Are you a skilled AI/ML Engineer with a passion for developing and training AI models?

We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as an AI/ML Engineer. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building, training, and optimizing machine learning and AI models for real-world applications.

About The Role

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with frameworks like Rasa, SpaCy, and LLaMA, working on innovative applications in conversational AI, NLP, and large language models (LLMs).

You will work closely with our product managers and engineers to integrate AI models into production systems and deploy them on cloud platforms.

Your expertise in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation will ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our AI models.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and fine-tune conversational AI systems using Rasa and NLP pipelines with SpaCy or similar platforms.
  • Implement and customize large language models, including LLaMA and other transformer-based architectures.
  • Evaluate model performance and iteratively improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production systems.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in developing, training, and deploying AI/ML models.
  • Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
  • Hands-on experience with Rasa, SpaCy, and large language models like LLaMA.
  • Strong understanding of NLP concepts, including tokenization, named entity recognition, and text classification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven ability to design and implement conversational AI solutions.
  • Familiarity with MLOps practices, including model monitoring and versioning.
