Job Description

This role is focused on configuring various systems and applications to meet specific requirements. The successful candidate will have strong technical skills, particularly in configuration management, and excellent communication skills.

The primary responsibilities of this position include creating and modifying workflow tasks, managing user accounts, pricing configuration changes, document management, and configuring new products. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting scenarios through the application interface and collaborating with project managers to determine configuration needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Configure systems and applications to meet specific requirements
  2. Create and modify workflow tasks
  3. Manage user accounts
  4. Pricing configuration changes
  5. Document management
  6. Configure new products
  7. Troubleshoot scenarios through the application interface
  8. Collaborate with project managers
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer sciences or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in development, particularly in configuration
  • Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail skills
  • Able to prioritize workload to meet deadlines/SLAs
  • Effective troubleshooting skills
  • Fluent in SQL with ability to write ad hoc reports and complex queries
  • Experience with C# programming language
  • Business analyst or quality control experience preferred
  • XML and electronic B2B integrations utilizing XML files and an API knowledge a plus
  • Office automation knowledge also a plus
