Visual Content Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Visual Content Designer to join our team. This role involves designing and producing high-quality animations, motion graphics, and visual content that elevate our brand and product experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and produce engaging animations, motion graphics, and visual content for various platforms.
  • Develop visually appealing conventional and modern animations for product demos, tutorials, and marketing campaigns.
  • Create explainer videos that simplify complex concepts for SaaS products.
  • Apply VFX techniques and compositing to enhance visual storytelling.
  • Manage project timelines, delegate tasks, and ensure delivery of high-quality visuals.
  • Edit and refine video content using Premiere Pro, maintaining professional quality output.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and marketers to deliver animations that enhance product and brand experience.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices in animation, motion design, and video production.

Requirements
  • 4–5 years of professional experience in animation, motion graphics, and video editing.
  • Proven track record of leading or mentoring animation teams or projects.
  • Strong expertise in 2D animation with solid exposure to 3D animation.
  • Proficiency in Blender (or similar tools) for 3D work.
  • Hands-on mastery of After Effects and Premiere Pro for animation and video editing.
  • Strong skills in VFX and compositing.
  • Experience producing explainer videos for SaaS products or tech-driven companies.
  • Proficiency in conventional animation techniques and modern workflows.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to balance multiple deadlines.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in 2D animations, 3D work, explainer videos, and video editing.
