Senior UX Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team at Job Portal - dinCloud Pakistan.

Salary:$90,000 - $110,000 per year

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing innovative user experiences, a strong understanding of modern design trends, and the ability to lead and collaborate on complex design projects. As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive interfaces and crafting seamless user journeys across multiple platforms.

• Design Leadership: Take ownership of the entire design lifecycle, from concept to final delivery, ensuring designs are user-centric and aligned with business goals.
• User Research & Testing: Conduct user research, usability tests, and interviews to gather insights and feedback that will inform the design process.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Create detailed wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and interactions.
• UI/UX Design: Design visually appealing, accessible, and responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications while ensuring excellent user experience.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions.
• Design Strategy: Help define and drive a design vision and strategy for projects, aligning with both user needs and business objectives.
• Design Systems: Build and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides to ensure consistency across all products.
• Interaction Design: Design intuitive interactions and animations that enhance user experience and engagement.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas and innovations to the team.

• Education: Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment.
• Design Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Design Principles: Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Wireframing & Prototyping Tools: Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user testing tools (e.g., InVision, Axure, Marvel).
• Front-end Development: Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Responsive Web & Mobile Platforms: Experience designing for responsive web and mobile platforms (iOS, Android).
• Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful UX/UI projects.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to present and articulate design ideas clearly.

• Accessibility Standards: Experience with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
• Agile Methodologies: Knowledge of agile methodologies and collaborative project management tools (e.g., Jira, You track ).
• Design Sprints: Ability to lead design sprints and workshops.
• Design Systems: Familiarity with design systems and component-based frameworks.
• Collaborative Environment: Experience working in multidisciplinary teams in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
