Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to lead our technical recruitment efforts.

This role demands a proactive approach, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of technical domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

  2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their team's hiring needs, technical requirements, and culture.

  3. Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights, salary benchmarks, and strategic hiring recommendations.

  4. Partner with HR to improve recruitment processes and deliver a high-quality, inclusive candidate experience.

  5. Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

  6. Lead and mentor junior recruiters, sharing best practices and guiding their professional growth.

  7. Leverage platforms like Workable ATS, LinkedIn, and professional networks to identify top candidates.

  8. Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical technical roles to meet future demands.

  9. Stay current on recruitment trends, salary benchmarks, and the tech industry to attract and secure top-tier talent.

Requirements:

Qualification and Experience:

  1. Masters or Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.

  2. Advanced understanding of technical recruitment processes and tools.

  3. Knowledge of technical roles and industry trends.

  4. Familiarity with various software development roles such as QA, Product Owner, UI/UX, Dot Net, PHP, Back End, Front End, iOS, Android, Scrum Master.

  5. Minimum 3-4 years experience in technical recruitment in the software industry.

  6. Proven track record of successfully hiring for technical roles such as software engineers, data scientists, DevOps engineers, etc.

  7. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.

  8. Previous experience mentoring or managing junior recruiters is preferred.
