Visual Storyteller Role

We're seeking a skilled Visual Storyteller to lead the creation of captivating static and motion design assets. This role offers full ownership of all visual design needs, allowing for creative freedom and strategic execution.

  • Develop compelling visual concepts that align with campaign objectives in collaboration with strategists and account leads.
  • Create high-performing ad creatives, including animated videos, reels, GIFs, and short-form content for social and paid media.
  • Manage multiple client projects while maintaining creative quality, brand consistency, and quick turnarounds.
  • Stay up-to-date with design, animation, and ad creative trends to keep our campaigns fresh and competitive.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Independently execute all creative needs: graphic design, motion design, video editing, and basic layout for digital campaigns.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop visual strategies that drive business growth for clients.
  3. Design and animate engaging visuals for social media ads, email marketing, landing pages, presentations, and display banners.
  4. Keep track of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5-8 years of professional experience in design and animation, preferably in digital advertising or agency environments.
  • Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro.
  • Experience with Figma/Adobe XD and Google Web Designer is a plus.
  • Proven ability to create short animated videos, reels, GIFs, and high-performing ad creatives.
  • Strong visual design fundamentals: typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling.
  • Self-sufficient, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong time management skills.
