Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Multimedia Content Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content creation, video production, and media sciences.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive content strategies aligned with clients' objectives and target audience preferences.
  • They will create engaging and impactful content for various digital and social media channels, including social media posts, brand videos, brand reels, influencer marketing content ideation, and IO Digital's brand social content.
  • The Multimedia Content Specialist will work closely with internal creative teams and clients to understand their goals, target audience, and brand positioning.
  • They will brainstorm ideas for video content amplification aligned with the IMC campaigns for existing clients and pitches.
  • The role requires excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree in Design, Marketing, Media Sciences, or a related field.
  • Strong skills in managing smartphone (iPhone) camera for shoots i.e., reels and live sessions
  • Strong skills in shooting and editing content using tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
  • Solid understanding of platform-specific trends across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
  • Ability to brainstorm, script, and execute video content aligned with brand goals.
