About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned Team Leader to spearhead our IT consultancy services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Mentor junior team members to foster their growth and development, leveraging your experience in structured teams.
  2. Lead the design and implementation of software products, utilizing expertise in OOA-OOP, UML, Spring 2, Hibernate 3, JUnit, and other relevant technologies.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client expectations.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our services remain cutting-edge.
  5. Develop and maintain website content management solutions, ensuring seamless user experiences and optimal accessibility.
Requirements
  • Mandatory Skills:
    • Extensive knowledge of Java and J2EE, with active experience in these areas.
    • Strong understanding of client-server and service-oriented architectures.
    • Prior experience with database design and development, application design, and internet/intranet design and hosting.
    • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Desirable Skills:
    • Active experience with JEE 5, JSE 5/6, JSF, BEA WebLogic Portal Server, portlets, JDBC/SQL, SQL Server 2005.
    • Familiarity with Eclipse, Subversion/CVS, Cruise Control, Windows, Linux.
