Job Responsibilities
  1. Lead the team of software developers in achieving the company's IT benchmarks.
  2. Manage in-house SDLC software and successfully deploy business applications.
  3. Deploy applications end-to-end through structured testing and debugging.
  4. Continuously seek enhancements and upgrades in existing systems to serve end users effectively.
  5. Identify business needs regularly and propose automation solutions to improve efficiency.
  6. Participate in requirements analysis.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture.
  8. Develop APIs using .NET languages.
  9. Design databases according to requirements.
  10. Write complex queries and procedures in PL/SQL.
  11. Upgrade, configure, and debug existing systems.
  12. Test and deploy applications.
  13. Improve existing software.
  14. Develop documentation throughout the SDLC.
  15. Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support.
  16. Manage a team of 4 to 5 developers to ensure software applications are developed and designed per company requirements.
Job Specifications

Strong knowledge of ASP.Net and design patterns.

Experience in developing APIs in .NET languages and integrating back-end APIs.

Strong knowledge of PL/SQL (Oracle Database).

Proficiency with reporting tools such as Crystal Reports, Oracle Reports, or Telerik Reports.
