Job Title: NetSuite Configuration Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Administrator to support and maintain our customized environment. This role is ideal for someone who can balance technical knowledge with a deep understanding of accounting and operational workflows.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Act as the administrator for our NetSuite environment, resolving day-to-day questions or issues that arise.
  • Develop and maintain saved searches and reports to support Finance and operational teams.
  • Configure and optimize custom workflows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable NetSuite solutions.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot user roles, permissions, custom records, fields, and forms.
  • Assist in the testing, deployment, and documentation of any customization.
  • Provide troubleshooting for third-party NetSuite integrations.
  • Triage and resolve tickets in our service desk (Jira).
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of NetSuite administration experience in a complex, customized environment.
  • Proficiency in saved searches and reporting, custom forms, fields, workflows, and roles, workflow automation and approvals.
  • Solid understanding of core accounting principles and transaction lifecycles.
  • Familiarity with procurement, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and inventory processes.
  • Experience working with NetSuite WMS or related warehouse management modules.
  • Able to troubleshoot and support SuiteScript code.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Collaborative, solutions-driven mindset and a passion for improving business systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Interest or experience in the renewable energy industry.

This role will be a key member of the Enterprise Systems team within Product & Technology, supporting internal business units such as Finance, Procurement, Project Management, and Operations. The successful candidate will possess excellent technical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and collaboration abilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in NetSuite administration, including configuration, customization, and integration. They will also have experience working with other software systems and tools, and be able to adapt to new technologies and workflows quickly.
