Software Support Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Specialist to join our team.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing top-notch customer service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for acting as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and relationship management.
Key responsibilities include resolving user issues related to configuration, troubleshooting, and software installation, meeting service level agreements for unresolved issues, and participating in team meetings and product training.
In addition, the ideal candidate will have knowledge of residential/commercial construction, property management, real estate, and accounting practices, as well as proficiency in MS Windows applications.
As a key member of our team, you will be required to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in software support, preferably with international clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage conflicting demands and adapt quickly.
- Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM EST (5 PM to 2 AM PKT).
