Global Education Guidance Consultant

We're seeking a highly skilled Global Education Guidance Consultant to join our team.

Your key responsibility will be to provide expert guidance to students and professionals seeking education opportunities abroad.

You'll work closely with our users, offering personalized consultations on overseas education options, university selection, and admission processes.

Additionally, you'll advise on visa types, immigration pathways, and documentation, ensuring that our users receive the best possible support.

To excel in this role, you'll need strong knowledge of visa processes and international education systems, as well as excellent communication and English writing skills.

You'll also be comfortable working in a digital, remote-first environment and have certifications in education consultancy or immigration law (if applicable).

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert guidance on overseas education options, university selection, and admission processes.
  • Advise on visa types, immigration pathways, and documentation.
  • Stay updated with country-specific immigration laws.
  • Conduct 1:1 consultations via our platform.
  • Create knowledge-base content (FAQs, blogs, video guides).
  • Support internal on-boarding of freelance consultants.
  • Requirements:
  • Proven experience in overseas education or immigration consultancy.
  • Strong knowledge of visa processes and international education systems.
  • Excellent communication and English writing skills.
  • Certifications in education consultancy or immigration law (if applicable).
  • Comfortable working in a digital, remote-first environment.
