Visual Communications Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Visual Communications Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing visual communications strategies that drive business results.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, animation, and visual effects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create engaging and effective visual content for various marketing channels.

  • Developing concepts, graphics, and layouts for product instructions, company websites, and magazines
  • Designing creative concepts for different marketing mediums including electronic and print
  • Liaising with designers and printers
  • Working with photographers for product shoots
  • Contacting creative and content writers for write-ups
  • Giving a roadmap to the web developer for the company website
  • Keeping a close watch on market trends, market demand, and competitors' activities
  • Reading scripts and storylines to understand animation requirements
  • Preparing presentations with raw designs to customers
  • Developing storyboards for the initial stages of production
  • Creating models, drawings, and illustrations by hand or electronically
  • Joining images with background graphics and special effects
  • Ensuring synchronization of frames and audio
  • Participating in the editing process
  • Directing the work of animation assistants
  • Collaborating with production crew (designers, directors, etc.)
Qualifications and Education Requirements

A degree in computer animation, 3D/graphic design, fine arts, or a relevant field is required. Additionally, 5 years of experience in graphic designing is preferred.

  • Proven experience as an animator
  • Knowledge of 2D/3D, stop motion, and computer-generated animation
  • Comfortable working with deadlines
