Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment and Placement Manager to lead our overseas placement promotional activities and drive business growth.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent and drive business growth.
  2. Work closely with overseas agents to facilitate the overseas applications process, ensuring seamless communication and timely updates.
  3. Maintain accurate records of overseas reference documents related to the United States, Canada, Europe, and the Middle East, providing expert advice and recommendations to staff and lecturers.
  4. Provide comprehensive information on salary packages, allowances, taxes, accommodation, and travel to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of working with our organisation.
  5. Support line and departmental managers in making informed decisions about recruitment, providing professional guidance and advice.
  6. Advise managers on effective recruitment strategies and selection processes, ensuring a high-quality candidate pool.
  7. Prepare job descriptions and person specifications, crafting compelling narratives that showcase the value proposition of each role.
  8. Write engaging job advertisements and decide on the most effective channels for promotion, leveraging social media and job boards to reach a wider audience.
  9. Design or revise application forms, including developing online processes, to simplify the candidate experience and streamline the hiring process.
