Job Description

We are seeking a skilled software developer to join our product-engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining our retail point-of-sale (POS) platform. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a user-friendly and secure point-of-sale software that meets the specific needs of retailers.

You will split your time between new C# development, and writing lightweight SQL Server queries and C# web-service endpoints. Our ideal candidate has 3+ years professional C# experience and comfort with basic SQL Server operations (CRUD queries, indexes, backups).

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • C# Feature Development –code and maintain legacy and new POS features and utilities.
  • Web Services – create and support simple REST/JSON (or SOAP where required) endpoints that connect the POS to head-office and e-commerce systems.
  • Database Touchpoints – write basic T-SQL (stored procedures, views, simple performance tweaks) to support application logic.
  • Customer Issue Triage – reproduce, debug, and resolve field issues escalated by support.
  • Agile Collaboration – work closely with product, QA, and UX teams to deliver sprint commitments.
