Job Title: Ad Creative Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Marketing Designer who can create high-performing ad creatives for various platforms. If you have experience in graphic design, specifically for paid social or display ads, and possess strong portfolio of ad creatives with a proven track record of performance, we encourage you to apply.

The ideal candidate will be able to work closely with media buyers to test, iterate, and optimize designs based on real campaign data. They should also be familiar with trends, humor, and culture in the US/Canadian digital markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Design high-converting static and animated ad creatives for Facebook Ads, Google Display, and YouTube.
  • Work with media buyers to optimize designs based on real campaign data.
  • Stay up-to-date with creative trends and competitor strategies in the North American market.
  • Maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries.
  • Help build and maintain a scalable ad creative library.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, specifically for paid social or display ads.
  • Strong portfolio of ad creatives with a proven track record of performance.
  • Expertise in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and/or After Effects.
  • Solid understanding of ad design principles (hierarchy, CTA placement, readability, etc.).
  • Deep familiarity with trends, humor, and culture in US/Canadian digital markets.
