Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to end-users via various channels, including phone, email, and in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Analyze recurring issues and implement long-term solutions to reduce downtime and improve system reliability.
  • Work closely with vendors to resolve hardware and software issues, ensuring warranty and support agreements are fully utilized.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions to the team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in IT support or a related role, with a focus on advanced troubleshooting and Helpdesk/system support.
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, Mac, networking technologies & configuration.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V), Veeam.
  • Familiarity with firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint security, and encryption.
