Network/ Hardware Troubleshooting Specialist

Network and hardware specialist is required to perform diagnostic, troubleshooting & Maintenance work for the Company, visiting clients in pre - defined territory and market segments. Frequently interact with customers.Drive promotional campaigns in the territory. Assist Promotion Manager to achieve revenue targets of Network Solutions and keep updated about the market trends.Key Performance Areas: -- Develops & maintains customer relations in pre-defined territory / market segment- Identify/ diagnose problems and resolve it at work site- Installation of any kind of Operating System, drivers, software- Back up and Data recovery- In case of any kind of problems that could not be resolve on the spot & time consuming bring customers PCs to our work station.- Assist network administrator in create a new network on customer site.

Job Specification

Education and Experience: -- Bachelors in I.T- A+/ N+ Knowledgeable ( Certification Preferred )- 2 or 3 Years Experience in Related field- Familiar with local MarketKnowledge, Skills, Abilities: -- Possess knowledge of hardware and network- Ability to self-start and work with minimal supervision.- Good verbal and written communication skills- Willing to travel in the territory- Have good presentation, interpersonal and Human Relation Skills- Ability to manage multiple tasks
