We are seeking a skilled architectural design professional with a strong background in rendering, construction documentation, and detailing. This role requires proficiency in Revit, Enscape, and Twinmotion software to create high-quality architectural designs and presentations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop comprehensive architectural designs and construction documentation using Revit, Enscape, and Twinmotion.
- Create detailed renderings and visualizations to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure design accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
- Review and refine architectural plans, elevations, and sections.
- Produce detailed construction drawings and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in architectural design and documentation.
- Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, and Twinmotion software.
- Strong understanding of construction methods and building systems.
- Excellent rendering and visualization skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
