Job Description:
We are seeking a Business Developer Executive / Appointment Setter with 2 years of experience in lead generation, appointment setting, and business development. The role is target-driven, requiring expertise in LinkedIn, Bark, and social media platforms to scrape leads, engage prospects, and convert them into clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute Design Campaigns to attract and retain clients.
- Generate and qualify leads from LinkedIn, Bark, and Social Media.
- Plan and implement email marketing campaigns.
- Set appointments and follow up with potential clients to close deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development/Lead Generation.
- Strong knowledge of lead scraping tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve target-based results.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary + Commission structure.
- Quarterly performance-based bonus.
- Company Car & Transportation Allowance (allocated after probation period, based on performance).

Timings:
09:00 PM – 06:00 AM (Night Shift) – Monday to Friday
