As a seasoned Solar Design Manager, you will lead the creation of technical designs and proposals for solar projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and adhere to industry standards. This critical role is responsible for developing and managing detailed proposals and designs for solar projects, while maintaining strong command over relevant software.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with sales and project teams to understand client needs, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with industry standards. Key responsibilities include conducting feasibility studies and site assessments, as well as managing the design process from concept to final submission.

To excel in this position, you must possess a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, PVsyst, Helioscope, Sketchup, and Aurora is also essential.

In addition, the successful candidate will have advanced knowledge of solar energy systems and design principles, typically acquired through a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field. At least 3 to 5 years of experience in solar system design and proposal development is required.
