Pharmacy Management Opportunity

A key role involves overseeing store operations, including:

  • Inventory Control and Stock Management: responsible for managing inventory levels, tracking stock movements, and ensuring timely ordering of supplies.
  • Product Expiry Management: monitor expiry dates of medicines and products to prevent stockouts and minimize waste.
  • Staff Performance and HR Issues: manage staff performance, resolve conflicts, and address HR-related concerns.
  • Staff Scheduling: create and manage schedules for pharmacy staff to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Sales Target Achievement: meet sales targets by promoting products effectively and providing excellent customer service.
  • Operational Efficiency: maintain high standards of operational efficiency, controlling shrinkage and pilferage to minimize losses.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in pharmacy, with retail operations expertise and knowledge of retail software. Familiarity with stock planning and merchandising is an added advantage.
