Pharmacy Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Pharmacy Manager to lead our team in Lahore. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with health regulations, supervising staff, maintaining inventory, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the pharmacy, including receiving and stocking medications, handling customer inquiries, and managing cash transactions.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the pharmacy adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to pharmacy practice.
  • Staff Supervision and Training: Supervise and train pharmacy staff on their duties, policies, and procedures, as well as provide guidance and support when needed.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of medication inventory levels, reorder medications as necessary, and minimize waste and overstocking.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, respond promptly to their needs, and ensure that their concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Hands-on Experience: Proven experience working with retail software is required.
  • Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or pharmacy management is required.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of MS Office and Outlook is an advantage.
