We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth through effective sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and maximize performance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and expand the customer base.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while managing existing client relationships.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure the team meets targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align strategies and enhance product offerings.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, training, and performance reviews.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
  • A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use sales data to make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
