Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Engineer with hands-on experience in pattern making, CAD software (2D/3D), and production planning tools. The ideal candidate will contribute to the design-to-production process, ensuring accuracy in pattern development, PLT file generation, and preparation of BOM (Bill of Materials) and SAM (Standard Allowed Minutes) for each product line.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Developing accurate 2D and 3D patterns for apparel and sportswear using CAD software
  • Creating and managing PLT files and technical design files for cutting and production
  • Preparing and updating the Bill of Materials (BOM) for each style/product
  • Calculating Standard Allowed Minutes (SAM) for new and existing products
  • Collaborating closely with design, production, and sampling teams to ensure pattern accuracy
  • Conducting fit and prototype reviews and making necessary adjustments to patterns
  • Supporting process improvements for efficiency and material optimization
  • Maintaining detailed technical documentation and version control of all design files
  • Assisting in product costing and production feasibility analysis

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in pattern development and CAD work
  • Strong knowledge of CAD software
  • Proficiency in PLT file creation, pattern grading, and marker making
  • A good understanding of BOM, SAM, and garment manufacturing processes
  • Strong technical and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Experience:
Candidates with prior work in gloves production or garment factories will be given preference. Familiarity with sportswear or high-precision stitched products is also a strong plus.
